Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which ECOM DISRUPTOR E.E. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") allows clients to cancel services and the procedures for doing so.
1. Service Categories
Demo and Consultation Sessions
Demo bookings and consultation sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled before the scheduled time without penalty.
AI Creative System Setup
Custom AI creative system setup services may be cancelled within 7 days of contract signing, provided that work has not yet commenced. Once implementation begins, cancellation terms will be governed by the specific service agreement.
Training and Support Services
Training sessions and ongoing support services can typically be cancelled with 48 hours advance notice. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
2. Cancellation Notice Requirements
Important: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to abyssus@emaildisruptor.com and must include your full name, company name, and service details.
Cancellation notice periods vary by service type:
- Demo Sessions: 24 hours advance notice
- Training Sessions: 48 hours advance notice
- Ongoing Services: 30 days advance notice
- Custom Projects: As specified in service agreement
3. Cancellation Process
Step 1: Submit Written Request
Send a cancellation request to abyssus@emaildisruptor.com with the subject line "Service Cancellation Request" including:
- Your full name and company name
- Service type and contract/booking reference
- Requested cancellation date
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
Step 2: Confirmation
We will acknowledge your cancellation request within 2 business days and provide confirmation of the cancellation terms applicable to your specific service.
Step 3: Final Settlement
Any applicable refunds or final charges will be processed according to our Refund and Dispute Policy within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation.
4. Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees may apply in the following circumstances:
- Late cancellation of demo or consultation sessions (less than 24 hours notice)
- Cancellation of services after work has commenced
- Cancellation of custom development projects after milestone completion
- Early termination of ongoing support agreements
Specific cancellation fees will be outlined in your service agreement and are typically calculated based on work completed, resources allocated, and advance notice provided.
5. Force Majeure
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Technical failures or security breaches
- Health emergencies or pandemic-related restrictions
In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule services at no additional cost or provide appropriate refunds as outlined in our Refund and Dispute Policy.
6. Client-Initiated vs. Company-Initiated Cancellations
Client-Initiated Cancellations
When you cancel services, the terms outlined in this policy and your service agreement will apply. Refund eligibility will depend on the timing and nature of the cancellation.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
We may cancel services in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or if we determine that we cannot adequately fulfill the service requirements. In such cases, you will receive full refund of any unused portions of prepaid services.
7. Rescheduling vs. Cancellation
Before cancelling, consider rescheduling your services. We offer flexible rescheduling options for most services with appropriate notice:
- Demo sessions can be rescheduled up to 3 times without penalty
- Training sessions can typically be rescheduled within the same calendar month
- Project timelines can often be adjusted to accommodate changing business needs
8. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior cancellation notice may result in:
- Forfeiture of session fees
- Additional charges for rescheduling
- Impact on future service availability
9. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
